Except where prohibited by law all sales are final unless warranty is otherwise implied in this statement or special prior arrangements are made.
Software
Software for download is supplied and manufactured by 3rd parties unless otherwise stated on the site and My Viral Business, My Viral Blog and other entities owned by Anderson Specialty Sales offer no warranty or support for 3rd party software. Software listed on our site has been tested to the extent of our ability to be free from know viruses and ad ware. Still do to the nature of software and the potential for unknown bugs and conflicts we are not liable for loss of information or physical collapse of and computer using software on this site supplied by 3rd parties. All Internet software is buyer beware without liability to the sales agent and any liability lies strictly on the software manufacturer usually listed in the license agreement that must be accepted upon installation and under software info.
Website Scripts
Website scripts are often dependent on specified website hosting requirements. Those requirements may include items such as cron support, MYSQL version, PHP, and Apache Handlers and where this information is supplied or know to us will be listed in the pre-sale details. Not all hosting is created equal and some budget host may not support all software. It is the responsibility of the software buyer to secure website hosting that will support the script.
Website scripts hosted through 3rd party website hosting providers are warranted for only 7 days against actual script quality issues and are not subject to refund based on hosting requirements not being met. Website scripts hosted on Velocity Marketer Hosting will receive an additional 3 days of warranty for a total of 10 days of coverage and will receive limited script support including possible installation by a member of our team and testing for function.
Website scripts post successful installation are not subject to warranty coverage of any kind. Support for website scripts is often provided by the original script author and that information if available is usually in either the read me file of the license agreement provided with the script. We are not programmers and offer no support for installed scripts.
Installation services:
We offer for pay installation of website scripts sold on our website. We do not offer installation for website scripts not sold on our website at this time. Installation service includes initial installation and testing of the purchased script, a single e-mail of login URL and admin user details. Installation is a service performed and is often at cost to our company through a 3rd party. As such no refund will be made on installation service. Installation does not come with post installation support past the 3rd day of the install. Any errors encountered past the 3rd day are considered operator issues and can often be addressed with the author of the script. Again we offer simple installation and are not programmers and do not create website scripts sold on this website.
E-books and videos
Due to the discount nature of our website, affiliate fees, and the digital nature of our deliver we do not warrant e-books and other electronic downloads unless otherwise specified in writing. Where a guarantee is offered it will be both specified on the website and in a file included with the download.
Warranted E-books, Software, and Scrips will have a kill switch installed that will lock the buyer out after a refund is provided rendering the product useless. We do this as a protection against buyer fraud and theft of our downloaded products. In no manner will a refund be provided past the last day of any specified warranty which will be listed as 7, 15, or 30 days on the product listing.
Customer information protection and privacy:

We utilize payment processor systems and do not save information on bank accounts or information that could be used for identity theft on our websites or off site files. Payment gateways are secure connections provided by the payment processor designed to protect your information. It is possible to get a warning message stating that the page you are returning to is not a secure connection. Rest assured no personal data is transferred to non secure areas of our website.
Your personal information such as name, address, e-mail, and phone numbers will be given the highest respect. We will never contact you by phone or mailing address unless there is a recall on any product purchased on our website. Your e-mail address may receive periodic e-mails, no more than 4 times a month announcing new products and offers from our company. Each e-mail will include instructions for removing your e-mail from our mailing list which upon confirmation will happen within 7 days of the request. Please be advised we can stop future mailings but can not stop any e-mails already in the mailing Que and thus it is possible to receive 1-2 mailings after having clicked the link to un-subscribe.
Charge backs and NSF
Most payment processors have set rules and terms regarding charge backs and fraudulent transactions. In the event that a charge back or NSF fee is applied to our company in an attempt to secure product or service without payment we will seek legal restitution in the amount of the product price, the fee charged, and the cost of litigation which will happen in the State of Arizona. We fight fraud and hate thieves so please do not try to run any con game on our company.
Refunds where provided for by the terms of use of our website must be arranged prior to request via our support system. Any request not pre-approved will face probable denial and any loss to our company will be challenged in the court system in the state of Arizona under the same terms of the charge back NSF policy stated below. We reserve the right to make special exceptions to any policy through direct negotiation via the help and support system so please contact us prior to any request for refund.
Affiliate member behavior.
Our program uses affiliate 3rd party marketers to distribute sales materials and drive traffic to our website. Affiliates are prohibited from the use of unsolicited e-mail, Blog or Forum SPAM in their promotions. Further affiliates may not make claims not supported by the information and terms on our site. If you believe you have reached our website due to UFC SPAM or fraudulent advertising please submit a support ticket reporting the abuse and include details of the advertisement in question. The affiliate member account will be suspended pending review and if found that they are in violation of program policies or the law, will face account deletion and prosecution. Free and paid affiliate are provided a full agreement but must meet the following terms of use of our program and it's facilities. In no manner may any affiliate make any claim on behalf of our company this is fraudulent or otherwise not true. This would include offering special pricing not offered by our company, implying that we are affiliated in some manner with another company, implying that a warranty not offered is provided, providing a guaranteed of success using any product or membership sold on site, or any language that can be concluded as not true or not offered by Anderson Specialty Sales or My Viral Business.
Affiliates may not claim to be employees, owners, or partners with our company. You can not claim to be My Viral Business or any sub program to our company and in team site promotions you must specify on your website that your are and affiliate team that has joined My Viral Business but is not owned and operated by My Viral Business.
UFC SPAM vial e-mail, forum, blog comment, or other electronic transfer is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.
Affiliates are basic contractors providing promotion service to our company and are not employed by our company in any manner.
United States Citizens must provide a valid Tax ID prior to payment being made. We do not hold or report taxes for you but are required to report earnings paid to you in any amount over $100 either in single payment or accrued over the course of a 12 month period to the IRS. U.S. Laws require all home business owners to report earnings over $100.00 in any tax year and pay income tax on the amount reported. Further you may be required to pay state and local taxes and are required to report self employment income for social security and Medicare withholding. Failure to do so may result in fines or imprisonment.

Websites with illegal content are always prohibited.
