Free and paid affiliate are provided a full agreement but must meet the following terms of use of our program and it's facilities. In no manner may any affiliate make any claim on behalf of our company this is fraudulent or otherwise not true. This would include offering special pricing not offered by our company, implying that we are affiliated in some manner with another company, implying that a warranty not offered is provided, providing a guaranteed of success using any product or membership sold on site, or any language that can be concluded as not true or not offered by Anderson Specialty Sales or My Viral Business.
Affiliates may not claim to be employees, owners, or partners with our company. You can not claim to be My Viral Business or any sub program to our company and in team site promotions you must specify on your website that your are and affiliate team that has joined My Viral Business but is not owned and operated by My Viral Business.
UFC SPAM vial e-mail, forum, blog comment, or other electronic transfer is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.
Affiliates are basic contractors providing promotion service to our company and are not employed by our company in any manner.
United States Citizens must provide a valid Tax ID prior to payment being made. We do not hold or report taxes for you but are required to report earnings paid to you in any amount over $100 either in single payment or accrued over the course of a 12 month period to the IRS. U.S. Laws require all home business owners to report earnings over $100.00 in any tax year and pay income tax on the amount reported. Further you may be required to pay state and local taxes and are required to report self employment income for social security and Medicare withholding. Failure to do so may result in fines or imprisonment.
Certain additional tax credits and deductions are available to home based business owners and may include deductions for a portion of utilities, rent, Internet service, office supplies, mailing cost, bank fees, payment processor transaction fees, and a portion of the purchase price of sales aids, training materials, and advertising cost. It is advised that you contact a tax professional and maintain records of all purchases and earnings as a home based business owner.
Website content restrictions. Affiliate links, images, banners, videos, and other promotion tools may not be listed on any websites of the following nature. Our links and program information can not be share on adult websites, websites offering warrez or pirated scripts, music, movies, info products etc... In no manner may you promote our program on illegal websites such as randomizer, cash gifting, or HYIP sites also know by U.S. Law to be Ponzi Schemes. Ponzi sites offer no product of value and are cash for cash based. In no manner are you allowed to use auto surf or paid to promote (ptp) sites to promote our links, neither can you use paid to join programs or offer incentives to purchase products from our website without our express written permission. Websites with illegal content are always prohibited.
Purchase Fraud:
Purchase fraud is a act of having friends, family, or personally placing orders through your own affiliate link to secure a commission and the requesting a refund once already paid a commission. To avoid this we hold all commissions for 31 days before approving them to be paid. At that point the sale is no longer subject to refund. In the event an affiliate member is caught using purchase fraud we will immediately file criminal charges in addition to a civil suit to recoup all commissions fraud or otherwise from that affiliate member.
Multiple Accounts: No affiliate may have more than one account or sign up a second account under their own affiliate link for a family member or other co-habitant from the same residence under their affiliate link in order to double their received commissions on a paid membership. This is fraud and theft having robbed the true up-line of their commissions and is easily tracked.
Even people with separate dedicated Internet Service lines and separate IP addresses can be tracked for this type of fraud. How most people using these methods get caught is really quite simple. Mr. X joins, upgrades and signs up Mr. Y as a free or paid affiliate under them and them promoted only the Mr. Y affiliate URL so that any sales pay Mr. X and Mr. Y. Where the scam artist fails to get past our security is in promoting only the one link there will be no further signs of promotion through Mr. X's link. You might think you are smart until the FBI Cyber Crimes unit knocks at the door and believe me, fraud hurts our business and we will make the call.
As above with the two scam examples you can see we offer protection above other programs. Other methods we use to protect your sales and commissions include providing you a free blog to use directing traffic to our program which will protect your affiliate link and help you gain free search engine traffic. We also use IP tracking as well as cookies so that you are not robbed a commission by Anti Spam and Anti Spy software. Dale Anderson, my partner in My Viral Business is a retired law enforcement officer and will handle investigations into fraudulent conduct and believe me, he does a great job protecting your interest.
Affiliate members of our program will be provided tools to market our products and business opportunity effectively. These tools include banners, videos, html advertising, e-mail ads, and other media ads contained in the back office. Affiliate members may also manufacture affiliate materials of their own so long as the terms above are met pertaining to fraudulent statements and Anti Spam Policies are followed.
Our tools also include free blogs or weblogs provided on our free blog host My Viral Blog. Terms of services on both websites apply to blog based promotions using My Viral Blog.
Training and downloaded tools.
While limited training is provided via the affiliate back office a majority of our training is handled on My Viral blog through the community, groups, peer to peer groups, and via the training blog. In addition we may also make available training materials and affiliate promotion tools for download in your members area or on the training blog.
Pay Plan
Current as of 05-30-2009 4:30PM Arizona time free affiliates are offered a commission of 25% on all personal direct sales. Business members are offered commissions on the sales of direct affiliate referrals of 25% allowing earnings on both personal sales and the sales of affiliates introduced by business members to our program.
Affiliate commissions are paid on both products and membership upgrades and recurring payments will result in residual monthly commissions.
EXAMPLE ONLY:
Product sale of $100 would pay a free affiliate $25 if their sponsor is a Business Affiliate Member the sponsor will also be paid $25 on the sale.
If you are a business affiliate member and you invite your friend Bill to join us and Bill sells $100 in product you will earn $25. A free affiliate does not earn off the sales of referrals.
Membership sales EAMPLE:
Business member Harry invites his friend Jill to join the program. Jill upgrades at $20 a month and bill earns $5 per month for as long as she is a upgraded member. Jill invites Sandy who upgrades to Business Affiliate paying Jill and Harry each $5 per month.
NOTICE: The above are provided as examples only, actual prices of memberships and products will be listed on site and in the affiliate member back office in the case of upgrades.
Bonuses:
Bonuses and performance awards will be offered from time to time in the members area.
Potential earnings are unlimited an example of potential earnings on upgraded memberships would be.
You get 10 personal referrals that upgrade earning $5 per month on each for $50 per month.
Those 10 get 10 each earning you $5 on 100 second tier members for a total of $500 per month plus the $50 a month from direct referrals for a grand total of $550.00 per month in earnings.
Again actual program pricing will be provided in your affiliate back office and may be higher or lower than specified in the example above.
Affiliate and network marketing programs provide an opportunity to earn income and that income can be several thousand dollars per month. Some affiliates will earn in excess of $10,000 per month but as is always the case, some affiliates will not earn any income at all. Joining or upgrading in our program is no guarantee of success. Upgraded members increase their chances of earning substantial income by being allowed to build a network of sub-affiliates who also earn them money while selling. We provide training and tools to further limit your potential for failure but as with any system even if followed 100% it is impossible for us to guarantee than any or all members will earn money with this program.
Getting Paid
At the time of launch we will accept and pay out earnings via Pay Pal with other payment gateways to be accepted shorty thereafter. Product sales are recorded and commissions are placed as pending for one month to ensure the completion of the transaction without charge back or refund. Commissions are not paid on refunded sales. Remaining commissions will be paid on the following month's batch payments so long as a minimum of $25 in commissions is reached. Earnings below the minimum are rolled over until the next month and will be paid when a total of more than $25 in commissions is reached.
Commission reports are run on the first of each month and will be checked for errors and charge backs before being paid out.
We send payments out to affiliates via their selected and authorized payment processor on the 15th of each month. Depending on your payment processor funds may be held for up to 10 days before being released to you. In the event you believe you are missing an affiliate payment please submit a support ticket including your affiliate ID and we will look into any possible error.
Down-line Mailer:
In your back office we have a down-line mailer that allows communication with your referrals about our program. This system is not allowed to be used to advertise products, services, or memberships and SPAMMING your down-line will result in your account being banned and all earnings withheld. In addition you will face prosecution for damages to our reputation and program.
Types of links that may be shared with your referrals are limited to a blog or group hosted on My Viral Blog set up to co-ordinate affiliate team promotions. On your blog you can list links for promotion tools and additional programs and offers as provided by the rules of our sites and meeting the terms of service.
YOU CAN NOT USE URL REDIRECTS IN THE DOWN-LINE MAILER.
Nope Tiny URL and related services do not show the actual website a person is being directed to and pose a server security risk to members. We advise all members to NEVER CLICK THOSE TYPE LINKS to avoid viruses, fraud, and identity theft. Smart marketers know that such links steal your traffic rankings and provide no value to you in search engines and any traffic receive through such programs is low grade and not likely to result in sales.
